There are three childcare plans to choose from:
Plan One After School: $160/month van rider (limit of six -- on first come first serve basis)
Plan Two After School: $140 month bus rider to our location
New Plan Three -- Before and After School: $180 month van rider only
Subtract a $15% discount for siblings
As a reminder, Early-Dismissal Days are included in this base fee. That leaves, then, the already established full-day Vacation Days/Teacher Work Days on the '10 -'11 school calendar in need of being considered. Quest will provide care for 14 of them (see Schedule Page). The charge for full-day care (7:30 am – 6:00 pm) at Quest is an additional $15/day. There are two options for handling these extra days. Either, one, having them averaged in to the monthly price in advance, or, two, picking and choosing the days Quest is needed and paying for them separately. Below shows the two choices available.
Option A for Full Day Care (averaging the days in advance) follows this path:
Multiplying $15 (price per day) x 14 (total scheduled vacation days) = $210.
Dividing this figure, $210, by the 9 months over which these days fall results in an average of $24. Adding this amount to the monthly base price makes the final figure:
$160 / $140 / $180
+ 24 +24 + 24
=$184 / $164 / $204
Note * Those who choose Option A receive the following additional bonus service: Should there be any snow days or other surprise days in which school is closed beyond those already scheduled on the calendar, Quest will provide care for your child at no extra charge.
Option B for Full Day Care follows this path:
To the monthly base price of $160/$140/$180, the family would make additional separate payments of $15 for each time full day service is chosen. This option would be a good choice for those who only need full-day care occasionally rather than on most or all the dates scheduled on the calendar.
These are the plans available. When all factors are weighed and considered, I believe it can be seen that they both provide a cost effective and highly competitive path for quality care. (When comparing Quest to other area programs available, please consider such points as whether or not snacks are included, half-day care is included, full-day care is available, and even other intangible factors such as the type of environment, etc....)
Payment is due the first Monday of each month. Exceptions to the monthly charge will be August and June. Charges for these two incomplete months will be made weekly based on the daily rate of $8 van rider, $7 bus rider and $9 before and after school care .
$15 registration fee is required per family
$15 charge for any late payment (one day of grace) as well as for any returned checks.
$5 late fee for every 10 minute delay past 6p.m. for child pick-up.

"First Friday"
What is this? It is one of the Bonuses for making Quest your choice of childcare. It is a night offered to the families once a month (the first Friday) encouraging opportunity for personal refreshment and fun... i.e. a date night. A date night for both parents and children!! The parents have the hours from 6pm to midnight all to themselves to relax at home, attend an event, go out to eat and a movie -- whatever they wish -- while the children spend it here with their friends playing games, doing activities, and watching a wholesome movie together... (Around 10:45, the children will transition to a time of quietly relaxing on their pillows and listening to good stories until picked up by parents...) Of course this night is purely optional, but when considering the alternative of paying for a sitter at home plus a rented movie and snacks, this charge can't be beat:
$9.00 per child ($3 for additional sibling/s, stopping at a maximum of $15.00 per family)
